I lead R&D on industrial communication at Schneider Electric, in Boston: the networks that let controllers, drives and devices on a factory floor exchange data in real time. Outside work, I build systems of AI agents, starting with my own second brain.
About
I have spent eight years in Schneider Electric's Industrial Automation business. I started by writing firmware, then built and led the connectivity R&D team, and today I run, from the CTO Office, the program behind its next generation of open, real-time industrial networks: OPC UA FX over Time-Sensitive Networking.
The direction I am working toward is a converged, deterministic network that AI agents help configure, diagnose and operate. I sit on the OPC Foundation's Field Level Communication steering committee and its Marketing Control Board, and I started Schneider's Connectivity Community, which now has more than 800 members.
I am French, from Brittany. I studied in Angers and Hong Kong, then worked for Schneider in Boston and Nice; I have been back in Boston since 2021.
Work
to now
R&D Program Director, Industrial Communication
Schneider Electric, Industrial Automation CTO Office, Boston
Leading the open, real-time connectivity program (OPC UA FX and TSN) from research to integration, with teams in the US, France, Germany and India, and the partners who build it with us.
to
Senior Embedded Engineer and Product Owner
Schneider Electric, Innovation and Technology, Boston
Built the connectivity R&D team and delivered key pieces of Schneider's first OPC UA FX and TSN platform: device discovery, network provisioning and real-time data exchange.
to
Embedded Firmware Engineer
Schneider Electric, Innovation and Technology, Boston and Nice
Built one of the industry's first OPC UA PubSub prototypes, shown at Hannover Messe, and worked on real-time systems for industrial controllers.
Also: a provisional patent application on using large language models in industrial control systems (2025). Studies in software engineering for embedded real-time systems (ESEO, Angers) and engineering management (City University of Hong Kong).
My second brain. My notes live in Obsidian on Google Drive; a team of AI agents files what I capture, compiles what I read into a wiki and checks the whole thing every week. An always-on engine I built with Claude keeps a history of every change, and a dashboard shows me the state of it all.
PipsCodex
An AI investment-intelligence app I am building: a brief on long-term positions, and reviews of event-driven trades.
